Kingdom Church Memphis, TN February 2019 Launch Update

Kingdom Church Memphis, TN February 2019 Launch UpdateWe hope you and your family are doing well. We also hope that your first month of the year has been refreshing and filled with expectation of what God is going to do in your life.

We are excited to update you and share all that God is doing here in Memphis. God is definitely moving, and we covet your continued prayers as we journey to plant Kingdom Church.

Every year our Every Nation family from all around the world join together for a week of prayer, fasting, and consecration. That’s right, all of our churches from around the world at the same time! We joined in with people from approximately 80 nations to seek God for our churches, families, cities, and nations. During that week, our core team joined together 3 nights to worship and pray together (pictured right) around the theme of “Great Faith”. Our prayer meetings grew each night in number as we unified ourselves in prayer for our city. It was amazing to see faith in God increase each day. We felt that there was no better way to start our church plant endeavors than seeking God together.

Since the week of prayer, fasting, and consecration, we have been meeting in our home on Sunday mornings as a core team. It’s been a great time to worship, pray, strategize, and build community with one another. We even have some college students joining us on Sunday mornings!

Speaking of students, annual student conference is coming up on Feb 22nd -23rd in Nashville, TN. We are believing for 10 students to go with us. We are happy to say we have 7 students signed up already from the University of Memphis.

Thank you for praying for us as we do the groundwork for Kingdom Church. Please pray for more disciples to be made, that we would reach our goal of $100k for capital, and our first interest meeting here in Memphis, on Feb 17th in Midtown. We can’t say thank you enough for your love, generosity, and prayers!
